FAIR Clinical Site Supervisor (Douglas County)

The Families Actively Improving Relationships (FAIR) Clinical Site Supervisor position located in Sutherlin, Oregon (Douglas County) is fast-paced and essential to our team. We aim to meet someone who enjoys working as a team, can find the humor in challenges, and is ready to encourage creativity within an evidence-based approach. The FAIR program hopes to find a Site Supervisor who is supportive to the team during tough cases or personal challenges, and who will lead with compassion. The Site Supervisor will be a leader who takes initiative and models a strong team culture. The FAIR team provides intensive community-based services following a program manual using evidence-based strategies to address parenting deficits, mental health problems, substance use, and ancillary needs (e.g., housing, employment). Services are provided at times and places that are convenient to families (e.g., home, school, community). We strive to build a team passionate to help others. Families referred are on Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

Requirements:

• Meets Oregon State requirements for QMHP with experience with substance abuse treatment with a CADC I or higher
• Higher Education in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health Field Required
• Willingness to conduct observed UAs with clients as part of assessment and treatment
• Demonstrated skill organizing and communicating (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Demonstrated skill to work as part of a treatment team
• Must meet any required state certification or licensing criteria within 1 year

• A strong FAIR Clinical Site Supervisor will understand the importance of balancing positive reinforcement of staff with the need for consistent monitoring (e.g., ensuring paperwork is filed in a timely manner), and will understand the value of warmth and humor in daily interactions. An openness to working in a fast-paced and community-based environment.
• The FAIR Clinical Site Supervisor will be well versed in HIPAA compliance and will assist our interventionists in maintaining compliance with all procedures. Willing to provide and receive input and engage in group problem-solving.

• Ability to engage and collaborate with community partners including child welfare and self-sufficiency

Job Duties:

• Provides 1-1 and daily supervision to a team of QMHA, QMHP, and CADC clinicians who are delivering an evidence-based model with families out in the community.
• Conducts mental health and intake evaluations with referred parents, including documentation.
• Coordinates contacts with schools, probation departments, mental health agencies, child welfare and other relevant community entities
• Creates therapist assignments, finalizing individual treatment plans for families, monitoring progress on each case and amendments to treatment plans as needed
• Oversees skills training, individual and family therapy, and all clinic program staff by providing clinical supervision. Documents supervision progress as required by practice guidelines.
