Willamette Family is hiring counselors at any level and those wanting to become counselors! We support counselors through every step of the certification process. 

Our Substance Abuse Counselors work with clients in substance abuse treatment across all levels of care in both group and individual therapy.

Willamette Family was recently accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), noting that we meet or exceed the national standards for excellence in behavioral healthcare. 

Compensation: Hourly rate $16-$25+. The rate depends on the level of certification and experience 

Signing Bonus: $3000.00 Signing Bonus; Paid in two increments $1500.00 after Initial Hire and $1500.00 at the successful completion of the 6-month evaluation period.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • CADC Certification or demonstration of active progress towards certification within timelines. 
  • High school / GED Completion 
  • COVID 19 Vaccination proof or valid religious or medical exception  
  • Background Check  
  •  Pre-employment Drug (including Cannabis/THC)
