POSITION OVERVIEW:

Come grow with us! We are hiring Nursing Assistants and Medical Assistants to join an expanding, multidisciplinary medical team dedicated to the compassionate care of individuals seeking to decrease their use of drugs or alcohol.

Responsibilities are varied and include:

· assisting nurses in the care of patients in the withdrawal management program

· triaging medical needs for patients in withdrawal management and residential care

· documentation of patient care in patient charts

· phlebotomy and wound care

· accurate medication reconciliation from screening to admission to discharge.

· ensuring medication is stored, documented and disposed of according to policy.

· monitoring and support patients receiving medical services.

· reviewing missed medication report and follow up as needed

· following nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner

QUALIFICATIONS

· State certified as a Nursing Assistant or current certification as a Medical Assistant

· Current CPR and First Aid certification

· Significant CNA/CMA experience highly preferred
