Program Administrator Wanted — Residential Treatment Home

Evergreen Recovery Center LLC | Gresham, Oregon

Who We Are

Evergreen Recovery Center is a brand-new residential treatment home in Gresham, Oregon, built to give adults with mental health disorders a safe, homelike place to heal. We're a small, 5-bed facility — not a big institution — so residents get real attention and staff get to be part of a close-knit team that actually makes a difference.

We're currently in the process of getting our state license approved through the Oregon Health Authority, with a target opening date of November 1, 2026. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As Program Administrator, you're the person who keeps the house running — think of yourself as the operations lead for the whole facility. In plain terms, you'll:

  • Be the go-to person on-site, making sure the home runs smoothly day to day
  • Make sure we're following state rules so we stay licensed and residents stay safe
  • Schedule, and supervise the care staff
  • Keep records organized — staff files, resident files, incident reports
  • Handle the paperwork side: policies, procedures, and reporting to ownership
  • Be the point of contact for state licensing staff, fire inspectors, and other partners while we finish getting licensed
  • Once we're open, make sure residents' rights, care plans, and daily needs are being met

You don't need to know everything on day one — but you do need to be organized, dependable, comfortable with paperwork and people, and genuinely care about doing this work right.

Pay Structure

We're being upfront about where we are in the process:

  • While our license application is pending: $250/month retainer to help us prepare the facility, staff, and paperwork for opening
  • Once we're licensed and open: $26/hour, minimum 30 hours per week on-site

What We're Looking For

  • Someone with experience (or a strong background) in mental health, social services, or residential care
  • Comfortable being on-site and hands-on — this isn't a remote job
  • Able to pass a criminal background check (required by the state)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Someone who wants to grow with a company from the ground up, not just clock in and out

Why Join Us

  • Be a founding member of a new facility, not just another hire
  • Direct, meaningful work — you'll see the impact of what you do
  • Room to grow as we open more locations in the future
  • A team that treats you like a partner, not a number
