Program manager

** Required: Atleast 1 year of experience in Program Management in a psychiatric care facility OR 2 years of experience in a behavioral health facility

Reference letter from prior job will be requested. 

Full- Time Role 

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential program
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff
• Maintain accurate documentation required for audits and licensing reviews
• Oversee incident reporting, mandatory reporting, and follow-up procedures
