POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Director provides leadership and operational oversight of Outpatient and Residential programs in compliance with standards of quality care and contract requirements. This position works collaboratively and respectfully with the leadership team to ensure that the daily experience of the patients is aligned with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice. They fulfill the job duties and program functioning in such a way that Fora’s mission is fulfilled.
The Clinical Director reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and supervises managers and supervisors in the residential and outpatient teams. The Clinical Director is responsible for identifying and being accountable to change management in relation to improving patient quality, increasing revenue through billing and cenus oversight, and improved internal systems. Project management responsibilities includes coordinating and working effectively with all internal leadership and external community partnership stakeholders.
