POSITION DETAILS

  • Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Department: Detox
  • Employment Status: Full-time or On-Call
  • Shifts: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30am
  • Pay Rate: $37.75 to $46.09 per hour, plus $5.00/hour shift premium for night and weekend hours

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking full-time and on-call Licensed Practical Nurses to join a growing medical team dedicated to the care of vulnerable individuals seeking to decrease their use of drugs or alcohol. Responsibilities include assessment of clients in the withdrawal management program, adherence to our developed withdrawal management protocols, and basic nursing care of residential clients including medication administration, medication order entry, reading and evaluating lab results and medical records, triaging medical needs, performing diagnostic testing as ordered. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current LPN licensed in Oregon
  • Experience with SUD and detox/withdrawal preferred
  • Flexibility with scheduling

We encourage applications from those in recovery, but we require 2+ years of continuous sobriety for candidates who identify with being in recovery. A DHS criminal background investigation is conducted on all new employees. Convictions are evaluated for each position and are not necessarily disqualifying.
