Treatment Center hours: 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (M–F) and 6:00–10:00 a.m. rotating Saturdays.
Are you excited about this Treatment Center Manager job?
- Will lead the daily operations of our opiate treatment program, directly supervising staff and driving exceptional performance across key areas such as operations, compliance, and customer service.
- Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.
- Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
- Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.
- Additionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)
- 5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
- Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
- Current driver's license
