What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a caseload of 15-20 direct counseling hours.

• Supervise 2-4 Associate and Intern therapists (If not supervisor, capacity to become supervisor candidate with training provided by NCC).

• Contribute to a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive work environment.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon License (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

• Eligible or approved for Clinical Supervision in Oregon (training provided by NCC).

• Experience with children/teens (8-17) or couples is preferred.

• Commitment to social justice and cultural humility.
