Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This clinician will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with a focus on culturally responsive practices. Special priority will be given to candidates trained to support LGBTQ+ and/or Indigenous clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and house managers to ensure integrated care

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities

• Support culturally informed practices and ensure an inclusive environment for all clients

Qualifications:

• QMHPr, QMHP, or working toward licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment preferred

• Demonstrated cultural competency and experience working with LGBTQ+ and/or Indigenous populations strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
