JOB SUMMARY: As part of the Program’s Treatment Team, the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor provides individual and group counseling services to patients participating in the Program as well as to clients and to family members on theories and treatment of substance use disorders using a patient-centered approach. The SUD Counselor also functions as community liaison for a patient-centered and harm-reduction approach to substance use disorder treatment.
In addition to the base salary outlined below, employees may earn up to $3,000 per month in productivity incentives for exceeding company-defined performance benchmarks. This incentive only applies to our Deschutes Outpatient Program in Bend and Redmond, OR.
Wage Scale:
SUD Counselor I (CADC-I): $22.06-$28.94
SUD Counselor II (CADC-II): $23.18-$30.41
