JOB SUMMARY: The Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT) Hillsboro Recovery Center (HRC) at 5250 NE Elam Young Parkway houses a variety of community services to support people with substance use disorders and other behavioral health conditions. The HRC opened with services from the Hawthorn Walk-In Center and Washington County Behavioral Health on June 2nd, 2025. In July, Solutions Group NW, Project Homeless Connect, and the Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon will begin providing services on-site, marking the broader opening of the community services portion of the CATT. Virginia Garcia will join the center in the fall.

MHAAO will operate the CATT peer drop-in center, a space for individuals in recovery and their friends, family and other supports to come together. Drop-in centers provide opportunities for connection, mutual support, and the development of peer networks and resources, all of which are critical to mental health and/or addiction recovery.
