Wraparound Trainer
We're excited to highlight the important work of the Wraparound Trainer!
This role delivers training, consultation, and technical assistance to support Family Support Specialists across CCO regions, aligning with the National Wraparound Initiative and high-fidelity Wraparound principles.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering evidence-based training, leading coaching sessions, providing consultation, coordinating with state partners, and supporting the integration of family voice within Wraparound teams. The Trainer also contributes to system-level initiatives, collaborates with statewide workforce teams, and elevates the lived experience perspective in systems work.
This position is critical to strengthening Wraparound practice and advancing authentic family-driven support across Oregon!
Qualifications

1+ year experience as a Family Support Specialist in high-fidelity Wraparound.

Personal lived experience as a parent/caregiver navigating child-serving systems (mental health, child welfare, addiction services, etc.).

Ability to meet state requirements and register as a Traditional Health Worker (Family Support Specialist specialty) within 6 months of hire.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse communities and audiences.

Skilled in curriculum development and training delivery for specialized and general audiences.

Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Must meet background check requirements and maintain reliable transportation.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, electronic health records, and virtual platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
