Job Summary:

Residential treatment provides 24/7 care and intensive therapy to address mental health needs. It offers three levels of care -- Psychiatric Residential, Subacute, and Secure Adolescent Inpatient. Residential therapists get to work with acute behaviors and diagnoses in a supportive and teaching environment, similar to working at a teaching hospital.

Salary:

  • Unlicensed: no experience required starting at $68,320 (Depending on Experience)
  • Licensed: in State of Oregon starting at $73,120 (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Flexible hours

  • Outpatient programs in Portland metro and Mid-Willamette

Additional Productivity bonus program available!

Outpatient Therapist – Valley Region (Linn, Benton, Marion Counties) and Central Oregon Region (Deschutes County)

Job Summary:

Outpatient Child and Family Therapists typically support 25 to 30 clients on their caseloads, contingent on specific location responsibilities that may encompass mental health promotion. As integral members of Trillium's multidisciplinary team and community-based multidisciplinary teams, they collaborate with fellow Clinicians, Psychiatric Medication Providers, Psychologists, and Skills Trainers to enhance the overall treatment of clients as required.

Salary:

  • Unlicensed: no experience required starting at $58,000 (Depending on Experience).
  • Licensed: in State of Oregon starting at $62,640 (Depending on experience).
  • Additional Productivity bonus program available, earning up to an additional $17,820 annually. On-call crisis duties are provided a daily stipend

Hours: Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. Year-round.

  • Day treatment programs in Portland, Salem, Bend, and The Dallas in Oregon.

Job Summary:

As a Child and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic services to children, their families, schools, and communities. Our Day Treatment programs operate at a partial hospitalization level, offering intensive mental health services within a structured trauma informed school and milieu environment. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, Child and Family Therapists actively contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans. Managing a caseload of 7-8 individuals, therapists provide three hours of weekly therapy (individual and family) along with group therapy, utilizing evidence-based interventions. Additionally, Child and Family Therapists work as a Clinical Responder within program hours to assess and authorize emergency interventions, and as an on-call crisis support, outside of program, distributing responsibilities among the clinical team.

Salary:

  • Unlicensed: no experience required starting at $68,320 (Depending on Experience)
  • Licensed: in State of Oregon starting at $73,120 (Depending on Experience)
  • On-call crisis duties are provided a daily stipend.

Hours: Monday through Friday, with hours to accommodate the needs of the Day Treatment Program.

About You:

  • You are mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth.
  • Education: master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other field.
  • Eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist
  • Previous work experience with children and/or adolescence
  • Experienced at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential or day treatment setting providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.

Preferred:

  • Psychiatric Care Experience
  • Differential Diagnostic Skills
